【Abstract】 In order to realize the effective transformation of the rural labor, This paper proposes that we should set up the Management Information Systems of the transformation of the surplus labor force in the countryside.The system is designed according to the target and principle of the system,and then we analyse the effect of making use of the system after comprehending its function.The result shows that it has much effect on the transformation of the surplus labor force in the countryside.更多还原
