【摘要】 农村剩余劳动力转移关系新农村建设、和谐社会以及中国城镇化建设等一系列问题,然而作为产业工人重要组成部分的农民工却在劳动就业、权利维护、生活保障等方面处于尴尬地位,只有弄清农民工流动的特点,针对这些特点探究促进农民工流动的措施,才能够有利于农村劳动力顺利转移。笔者在界定农民工流动范围的基础上,分析了农民工初次和再次流动的特点,针对这些特点提出了促进农民工流动的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transform of rural surplus labor is concern of a series of problem such as new rural construction, harmonious society and urbanization construction of china, but the peasant laborer who is the industrial worker important component is in awkward position in the working ,keeping the right , the guarantee living etc. probing into the measure of accelerating the peasant workers’ floating according the characteristic of the peasant floating is benefit to the transform of rural surplus labor.
