高油高产高效大豆品种合丰50的创新与效果分析

【摘要】 为了创新大豆品种和探讨育种技术,此研究采用回交育种方法,以合丰35为母本,与合交95-1101(合丰34×合丰35)为父本配制组合育成了合丰50号。该品种油分含量22.57%,蛋白质含量37.41%,黑龙江省区域试验平均产量2506.1kg/hm2,较对照品种合丰35号增产14.1%,生产试验平均产量2560.8kg/hm2,较对照品种合丰35号增产17.4%;国家北方春大豆区域试验平均产量3355.5kg/hm2,较对照品种绥农14号平均增产10.3%,生产试验平均产量2788.5kg/hm2,较对照品种绥农14号平均增产6.3%,中抗灰斑病、抗疫霉根腐病、抗病毒病SMVⅠ号株系,2006年由黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定推广,同时申报国家审定品种。结果表明,合丰50为既高油又高产、抗病、广适应性的新品种。

【Abstract】 In order to create new soybean variety and discuss breeding technique, the new soybean variety Hefeng 50 is bred through backcrossing, the male parent is Hefeng 35, and the female parent is Hejiao95-1101 (Hefeng34×Hefeng35). Hefeng 50 has good character of high-oil, high-yield, and high resistance to soybean disease. The oil content is 22.57%, and the protein content is 37.41. The average yield of area test is 2506.1kg/hm2 in Heilongjiang province, the yield increased 14.1% than the compare variety Hefeng 35. The average yield of product test is 2560.8kg/hm2 in Heilongjiang province, the yield increased 17.4% than the compare variety Hefeng 35. The average yield of china northern spring soybean area test is 3355.5kg/hm2 , the yield increased 10.3% than the compare variety Suinong 14. The average yield of china northern spring soybean product test is 2788.5kg/hm2, the yield increased 6.3% than the compare variety Suinong 14. This variety is resistant to three main soybean diseases, it is examined and approved by Heilongjiang province agricultural crop committee in 2006. At the same time, it applied for nation examining and approving variety. The results showed that Hefeng 50 was a new soybean variety with high-oil and high-yield and resistant-diseases and wide-adaptability.
