【摘要】 在对烟台市水资源现状分析的基础上,从水资源量及其开发利用、区域发展和生态环境等三个方面选取了7类指标建立评价指标体系,并对烟台市所包括的13个县区的水资源支撑能力进行了分析和评价。综合分析该评价结果,得出以下结论:①从总体来看,烟台市的水资源和人口、经济、耕地以及生态环境等不协调,水资源是其持续发展的瓶颈因素;②烟台的莱山区、开发区、龙口市、莱州市、招远市、长岛县等6个区县的水资源和区域发展不相匹配,水资源支撑能力相对不足。因此,在未来的发展中应继续坚持科学的发展观,对烟台市的水资源进行科学管理、合理开发和优化配置,以保障社会经济的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current water resources situation in Yantai City,the carrying capacity of water resources was analyzed and evaluated in thirteen individual districts in Yantai City using evaluation indices system,which included seven kinds of indices in three aspects: the quantity and development of water resources,regional development,and ecological environment.Comprehensive analyses of the evaluation showed that: ①generally,the factor of water resources in Yantai was the bottle neck for the development in the city because it was inconsistent with population,economy,arable land, and ecological environment;② the water resources in six districts of the city,Laishan District,Development District,Longkou City,Laizhou City,Zhaoyuan City and Changdao County,were unmatched with regional development,which indicated that the water resources carrying capacity was insufficient in these districts.Therefore,scientific management,reasonable utilization and optimal allocation of the regional water resources should be carried out in the future to ensure the sustainable development of social economy in the city.更多还原
