【Abstract】 In nitrified fresh grains,the plumbum existed as Pb2+,which could be transformed to PbCl2-,in HCl medium.When explored under UV,PbCl2-showed blue fluorescence.Based on the above fact,fluorescence analysis could be used for the detection of trace plumbum in rice,millet and wheat.The linear range for this method was 0.03 mg/L～2.00 mg/L,the detection limit was 9.1 μg/L,and the spiked recovery rate was 97.90%～100.25%.更多还原
