荧光分析法测定粮食鲜样中铅
Determination of plumbum content in fresh grains by fluorescence analysis
【摘要】 粮食鲜样经硝解后,其所含铅的形式为Pb2+,而Pb2+在盐酸介质中形成PbCl2-,在紫外光的照射下发蓝色荧光。利用此原理经荧光分析法可测定大米、小米、小麦样品中的铅含量。该方法的线性范围为0.03mg/L~2.00mg/L,检出限为9.1μg/L,加标回收率为99.90%~100.25%。
【Abstract】 In nitrified fresh grains,the plumbum existed as Pb2+,which could be transformed to PbCl2-,in HCl medium.When explored under UV,PbCl2-showed blue fluorescence.Based on the above fact,fluorescence analysis could be used for the detection of trace plumbum in rice,millet and wheat.The linear range for this method was 0.03 mg/L~2.00 mg/L,the detection limit was 9.1 μg/L,and the spiked recovery rate was 97.90%~100.25%.
