邵怀高速公路混凝土强度—回弹值曲线的建立及应用

【摘要】 制作不同标号的混凝土试件,按照规范的方法对每一试件分别进行回弹和抗压强度试验。根据最小二乘原理,对混凝土强度和回弹试验数据进行回归和统计分析,建立了混凝土回弹法的专用测强曲线方程。校核结果表明,所建立的专用测强曲线与全国通用测强曲线基本相同,但精度更高,故可作为本工程混凝土质量检测评定的依据。

【Abstract】 Concrete specimens of varying grades were produced.Resilience value and compressive strength of specimens were respectively tested according to relevant specifications.Based on least-square principle,the test data of concrete compressive strength and resilience value were statistically analyzed,and a specialized concrete strength-resilience value curve was established.Validation of the curve shows that the specialized concrete strength-resilience value curve is similar to,but more precise than common concrete strength-resilience value curve.The specialized curve can be an evaluation basis for concrete quality checking in the expressway project.
