【摘要】 目的:探讨北京四合院式半开放病区环境与楼房封闭式病区环境对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:按入组标准随机抽取某院半开放管理住院精神分裂症患者80例,封闭管理50例。采用生活质量综合问卷(GQOLI)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、副反应量表(TESS)进行评定。并进行对比研究。结果:四合院式病区环境中的住院精神分裂症患者GQOLI评分显著高于对照组。结论:四合院式病区环境中的精神分裂症患者生活质量高于楼房封闭式病区环境中的精神分裂症患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: explore the effect of half-opened and Beijing Siheyuan(with characteristics of court yard) hospitalized circumstance and closed flat building hospitalized circumstance on the life quality of the chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods:eighty hospitalized patients with half-opened management and fifty hospitalized patients with closed management will be selected randomly as sample according to their group standard.In addition,all the patients will be evaluated with GQOLI,BPRS and TBSS.After that,a comparative study will be done.Results: GQOLI scores of hospitalized patients from the group with Beijing Siheyuan hospitalized circumstance are obviously higher than the other ones.Conclusions: Beijing Siheyuan(with characterstics of court yard) hospitalized circumstance is better than the closed flat building hospitalized circumstance in the aspect of the life quality of the chronic schizophrenia patients.更多还原
