【摘要】 目的:探讨夹层杯集菌离心涂片法(夹层杯法)检测痰抗酸杆菌对肺结核的诊断价值。方法:采用夹层杯法使痰液充分液化,利于抗酸杆菌充分集中沉淀于特制的夹层杯底部的菌膜上,从而提高检出率。结果:该方法检测抗酸杆菌的阳性率为31.6%,分别明显高于本研究所传统涂片法的15.9%,培养法的11.9%,分别具有非常显著的临床意义(P<0.005)。结论:该方法简单、省时、阳性率高,并且便于进行质量控制,可能是一种具有推广价值的检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Now positive outcome in sputa swear and cutural has strong diagnosis value in pulmonary tuberculosis,but the positive rate is low,the time of sputa cutural is long,finding out a new sputa checking way to improve the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:The testing box,Peng’s bug and QT-12 automatic centrifuge were provided by TianQi-Tech new medical systems co,LTD.The sputa were liquored completely and high-speed centrifuged in order to make the Mycobacterium tuberculosis sink and collect on a special membrane,detecting the bacteria on the membrane,the positive results were obviously improved by the way.Results:The positive rate of this new way is 31.6%,it is significently higher than 15.9% of sputa swear and 11.9% of sputa cultural.There was a significently difference(P<0.005)in positive rate among them.Conclusion:The new checking way is simple,sparing time,high positive rate and speciality,easily queality control,can be used as a valuable detecting way of mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputa in clinical.更多还原
