【摘要】 目的:探讨额肌悬吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法:对20例(22眼)重度上睑下垂患者行额肌直接悬吊术。结果:术后平均随访2个月,所有患者均睁闭眼自如,重睑明显,额部皱纹及仰头消失,双眼眉睫间距基本一致,效果满意。结论:额肌悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂方法简便安全,临床适应面广,是治疗提上睑肌肌力残缺较为理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of congenital blepharoptosis by suspending the upper eyelid to frontalis muscle.Methods:22 eyes of 20 severe ptosises were treated with frontalis suspension.Results: Followed up 2 months after operation.All cases open and close eyes free,upper eyelid was perfect,wrinkles in frontal region were disappear,the distance of eyelash were coincidence.Conclusions: Frontalis muscle suspending to the upper eyelid is a convenient and effective operation for severe congenital blepharoptosis,and it’s a better operation to deal with impairment of levator muscle of upper eyelid.更多还原
