【摘要】 目的:观察文拉法辛治疗抑郁障碍的疗效及其不良反应。方法:应用该药治疗各种抑郁性障碍46例,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度(CGI-S1)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:文拉法辛总有效率为91.6%,临床痊愈率为48.6%。不良反应轻微。无一例因药物反应导致治疗中断。结论:文拉法辛治疗抑郁障碍疗效确切,不良反应轻微。值得临床医生在临床实践中做为一线抗抑郁药使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.Methods:46 outpatients with a diagnosis of depression according to CCMD-3 were involved in this study for 8 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD,CGI-SI and TESS before and after the treatment.Results: Findings indicated that total efficacy of venlafaxine was91.6%.Conclusions: Venlafaxine is an effective and safe antidepressant.It is suggested that venlafaxine could be used as a first-line antidepressant in the treatment of depression.更多还原
