【摘要】 目的:评价影响脑卒中患者生活质量的相关因素。方法:应用世界卫生组织生存质量调查表、神经功能缺损量表、日常生活能力量表和抑郁自评量表,对172例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查和量表评定。结果:经多元逐步回归分析,进入回归方程的变量依次为日常生活能力量表评分、卒中次数、婚姻状况、陪护情况、抑郁自评量表评分。结论:日常生活能力、卒中次数、婚姻、家属陪护、抑郁是脑卒中患者生活质量的相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the related factors on quality of life with stroke patients.Methods:172 stroke patients were investigated by World Health Organization of Quality of Life 100 Questions(WHOQOL),Neurological Function Defect Scale(NFDS),Activity Daily Life(ADL) and Self Depression Scale(SDS).Results: Five independent variables had been put into regression equation by multiple regression analysis,which were ADL score,stroke attack time,marriage,carer and SDS score.Conclusions: The QOL related factors of stroke patients were activity daily life,stroke attack time,marriage,family carer and depression.更多还原
