铝致Alzheimer病对尿中微量元素排出的影响
Effect of Alzheimer disease on urinary trace elements excretion in rats
【摘要】 目的:探讨Alzheimer病时,对微量元素铜、锌、锰、硒、镉等在尿中排出的影响。方法:雌性健康SD大鼠29只,随机分为卵巢假切组(sham组)、卵巢切除组(ovx组)、卵巢切除合并慢性铝中毒组(ovx+AL3+组)、卵巢切除合并慢性铝中毒及尼尔雌醇灌胃组(ovx++AL3++E2组)。收集24的尿液,采用日本岛津ICPQ-1012型电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定尿中微量元素含量。结果:卵巢切除合并慢性铝中毒及尼尔雌醇灌胃组(ovx++AL3++E2组)分别与卵巢假切组比较尿铝(P<0.01)、尿镁(P<0.05)、尿硒(P<0.01)、尿钙(P<0.01)、尿镉(P<0.05)排出明显增加;铜、锌、锰排出量与卵巢假切组相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:铝致Alzheimer病对尿中铝、镁、硒、钙和镉的排出明显增加,而对铜、锌、锰在尿中的排出无影响。
【Abstract】 Objective:To reveal the influence of Alzheimer disease on the urinary trace elements,Copper(Cu),Zinc(Zn),Manganese(Mn),selenium(Se)and cadmium(Cd) in rats.Methods:29 female SD rats were randomly divided into 4groups : sham group,ovx group,ovx+AL3+group and ovx++AL3++E2 group.The urine were collected and the trace elements contents were analyzed by ICP-AES.Results: ovx++AL3++E2 could highly increase aluminum,selenium,Zinc,cadmium,output,whereas the excretion of urinary Cu,Zn,Mn contents in the groups administered with sham was not significantly different comparing with that in control group.Conclusions: Alzheimer disease effectively enhance the elimination of AL,Mg,Se,Ca and exert little effect on urinary Cu,Zn,Mn excretion.
