【摘要】 目的:探讨成人瑞文标准推理测验(RSPM)与韦氏成人智力测验(A-WISC)结果之间的差异。方法:对106例在我研究所心理评估中心测试智力的成人研究对象进行上述两项测试,并比较二者之间的差异。结果:成人瑞文智商(IQR)与韦氏智商(IQW)平均值分别为72.87±16.18、67.51±22.84,前者显著高于后者。成人研究对象IQR与IQW差值(IQR-W)之均数为5.36,中位数为6;而标准差为14.55,极差为74(-35至39),四分位数间距为18,变异系数为271.455%。IQR-W在不同性别间无显著性差异。言语智商(IQV)与操作智商(IQP)是否有差异对IQR-W影响不大。IQW在IQR-W高分组与IQR-W低分组间有显著差异(53.47±17.26,82.65±17.97),而IQR在两组间无显著差异。将IQR分别与IQW、IQV、IQP进行相关性研究,结果均具有显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.77、0.73、0.71)。IQR-W与IQW有显著负相关性(相关系数为-0.72),而与IQR无显著相关性(相关系数为0.14)。结论:成人瑞文标准推理测验智商与韦氏智力测验智商有较大差异,故在临床上使用RSPM时应慎重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the difference between the Raven’s Standard Progressive Matrices(RSPM) and the Chinese Version of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Adult(A-WISC).Methods:106 subjects accord with the standard were involved in the study.The RSPM and AWISC were completed.The results of the subjects in the tests were analyzed.Results: The subjects’ mean intelligence quotient of the RSPM (IQR) and A-WISC(IQW) were 72.87±16.18,67.51±22.84 respectively.The IQR was significantly higher than IQW.The mean,median,standard deviation,range,quartile,coefficient of variation of the deviation between the IQR and IQW(IQR-W) were 5.36,6,14.55,74,271.46% respectively.There was no significant difference of IQR-W between different sex subjects.The difference between the verbal intelligence quotient(IQV) and performance intelligence(IQP) have little influence on the IQR-W.There is significant difference of IQW between the high IQR-W group subjects and low IQR-W group subjects(53.47±17.26,82.65±17.97),while not of IQR.The IQR have significantly positive correlation with the IQW,IQV and IQP(coefficients were 0.77,0.73,0.71 respectively).IQR-W have significant negative correlation with IQW(coefficient-0.72),but not significant correlation with IQR(coefficient 0.14).Conclusions: Because the IQ of SPM was much higher than that of C-WISC,we must be cautious when we use the RSPM in the clinic.更多还原
