【摘要】 目的:了解慢性疲劳与血清叶酸、维生素B12的关系。方法:我们收集了就诊于慢性疲劳门诊的患者共67人,均以不明原因的疲劳为主诉,病程至少在半年以上;将他们按年龄段分成青壮年组(年龄<50岁)和中老年组(年龄≥50岁),并相应的配以健康对照组。结果:青壮年组和中老年组叶酸缺乏的发生率和血清叶酸浓度与对照组相比均无统计学显著差异(P>0.05)。青壮年组维生素B12的发生率及血清维生素B12浓度与对照组相比无统计学显著差异(P>0.05),中老年组血清维生素B12的发生率明显高于对照组,血清维生素B12浓度明显低于对照组,有统计学非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:本文研究发现,血清维生素B12缺乏很可能是中老年人慢性疲劳的原因之一,而青壮年慢性疲劳与此关系不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationships between serum folate,vitamin B12 and chronic fatigue.Methods:We collected 67 cases of outpatients who complained fatigue without known reasons,whose courses lasted at least six months.They were divided into two groups: young adults(age <50years) and old adults(age ≥50 years).They were matched with healthy controls respectively.Results: There were both not statistically significant differences in the presence of low serum folate levels and serum folate concentration in these two groups compared to their controls(P>0.05).There was not statistically significant difference in the presence of low serum vitamin B12levels and serum vitamin B12concentration in the young adults compared to controls(P>0.05).There was markedly statistically significant difference in the presence of low serum vitamin B12 levels and serum vitamin B12 concentration in the old adults compared to controls(P<0.01).Conclusions: In this study,low serum vitamin B12levels were found to be probably associated with old adults with chronic fatigue but not associated with young adults.更多还原
