【摘要】 目的:研究食管癌术后不同因素对胃肠功能紊乱的影响。方法:对我科自2002年10月-2005年12月间189例食管癌术后患者,不同胃肠功能紊乱表现进行回顾性分析。结果:提示手术方式及吻合位置和病人是否患有糖尿病,对术后引起的胃肠功能异常紊乱有明显关系。结论:精细的手术操作是预防食管癌术后胃肠功能紊乱的有效方法,对症支持治疗是最佳疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Study all Kinds of factors of gastrointestinal functional disorder caused by esophageal cancer effect area cure ablate.Methods:189 cases patients of esophageal cancer after effect a real cure ablate from October 2002 to December 2005 were retrospective analyzed of gastrointestinal functional disorders.Results: There were obviously influence result in gastrointestinal functional disorder compared with the patients location of anastomoses and selection of operate method the patients whether had diabetes or not.Conclusions: The writer thought that selecting the methods of operation and enhancing therapy of diabetes might reduce degree of gastrointestinal functional disorders.更多还原
