【摘要】 目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)基因启动子-509C/T多态性与贵州汉族人群系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,分析80例SLE患者及95例正常对照组的TGF-β1基因启动子-509C/T多态性。结果:SLE组与正常对照组-507C/T基因型频率分布有差异(P<0.05),-509CC基因型SLE组高于对照组(35% vs 21.1%),而-509TT型SLE组明显低于正常对照组(18.75% vs 36.8%);SLE患者组-509位点的等位基因频率与正常对照组比较差异也有显著性(P<0.005),SLE组C等位基因频率显著高于对照组(58.1% vs 42.1%),T等位基因频率低于对照组(41.9% vs 57.9%)。结论:贵州汉族人群TGF-β1基因启动子-509C/T多态性与SLE显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe association of the promoter -509C/T gene polymorphisms of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in the Hans in Guizhou province. Methods: The promoter -509C/T gene polymorphisms were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphisms(PCR-RFLP) in 80 patients with SLE and 95 healthy controls. Results: The SLE patients had different distributions of -509C/T genotype frequencies compared to the healty controls(P<0.05),-509CC was higher and -509TT was significantly lower in SLE patients than that in controls;there was a significant difference in distribution of the -509C allele frequency that was higher in SLE patients compared with the controls(P<0.005),the -509T allele distribution was lower in patients than that in controls. Conclusion: The promoter -509C/T gene polymorphisms of TGF-β1 is associated with SLE patients in the Hans in Guizhou province.更多还原
