【摘要】 目的探讨三黄胃康汤剂治疗消化性溃疡的作用机制。方法用冰乙酸制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,观察三黄胃康汤治疗胃溃疡的愈合质量,溃疡瘢痕周围组织表皮生长因子(EGF)含量。结果三黄胃康汤组胃溃疡瘢痕周围组织EGF含量高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论三黄胃康汤能提高溃疡愈合质量。提高溃疡瘢痕周围组织EGF含量可能是三黄胃康汤抗消化性溃疡及其复发的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic mechanism of Sanhuangweikangtang(SHWKT) in treating peptic ulcer.Methods Rat model of chronic gastric ulcer induced by galcial acetic acid was used to observe the effect of SHWKT on the curative quality,epidermal growth factor(EGF) contents in scar tissue around the gastric ulcer.Results EGF content s in peri-ulcer scar tissue were higher in the model rats after SHWKT treatment than that in the untreated model rats(P<(0.01)).Conclusion SHWKT could elevate the quality of ulcer curing,to raise the EGF contents in peri-ulcer scar tissue,it might be one of its mechanisms for preventing relapse of peptic ulcer.更多还原
