伏马菌素检测方法的研究进展
Review on Determination of Fumonisin Mycotoxins
【摘要】 伏马菌素(Fumonisin)主要是由串珠镰刀菌产生的一类真菌毒素,污染情况遍布世界各地,由于伏马菌素能引起马脑白质软化症和猪肺水肿,并且与人的食管癌发病率有关,因此,引起人们越来越多的重视。综合叙述了测定玉米和玉米制品中检测伏马菌素的方法,如气相色谱法(GC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、薄层层析法(TLC)、液相-质谱联用(LC-MS)、酶联免疫(ELISA)等检测方法。
【Abstract】 Fumonisins are a group of mycotoxins produced mainly by Fusarium species,occurring worldwide in naturally contaminated maize,which have elicited considerable attention over the past decade due to their association with the animal disease syndromes,equine leukoencephalomalacia and porcine pulmonary oedema,and their reported association with oesophageal cancer in rural areas.In this paper a number of analytical methods for the evaluation of fumonisins in corn and corn products,including gas chromatography(GC),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),thin-layer chromatography(TLC),liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and enzyme linked immunoassays(ELISA),are reviewed.
