【Abstract】 Fumonisins are a group of mycotoxins produced mainly by Fusarium species,occurring worldwide in naturally contaminated maize,which have elicited considerable attention over the past decade due to their association with the animal disease syndromes,equine leukoencephalomalacia and porcine pulmonary oedema,and their reported association with oesophageal cancer in rural areas.In this paper a number of analytical methods for the evaluation of fumonisins in corn and corn products,including gas chromatography(GC),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),thin-layer chromatography(TLC),liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and enzyme linked immunoassays(ELISA),are reviewed.更多还原
