【摘要】 目的观察牡蛎肉水提液对去卵巢大鼠脑衰老的影响。方法4月龄的雌性大鼠行双侧卵巢摘除术后,给予牡蛎肉水提液灌胃3个月,测定大鼠脑形态计量学和生化指标。结果牡蛎肉水提液组大鼠的纹状皮质分子层厚度增加,分子层厚度和皮层总厚度的比值下降,海马CA2区单位面积大锥体细胞数增多,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强而丙二醛(MDA)含量下降。结论牡蛎肉水提液能够延缓去卵巢大鼠脑衰老。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of extract of poyster on aging of cerebra in ovariectomy rats.Methods Female SD rats aged 4 months were intragastric administrated with extract of poyster for 3 months after ovariectomized.Then morphometry and biochemical indicator of cerebra in rats were measured.Results Compared with others,the group whose rats were given extract of poyster had thicker molecular layer of striate cortex,lower ratio between molecular layer and cortex,more giant pyramidal cells of unit area in CA2 region of hippocampus,more activity of superoxide dismutase and less quantity of malondialdehyde.Conclusions Extract of poyster can postpone aging of cerebra in ovariectomized rats.更多还原
