【摘要】 目的探讨胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)类似物对实验性糖尿病的细胞免疫功能的影响。方法84只Wistar大鼠,采用高脂饲料饲养和注射40mg/kgSTZ方法建立实验性糖尿病动物模型。GLP-1类似物治疗2w后,采用酶化学方法检测空腹血糖;称量动物的体重和胸腺、脾脏的重量,计算胸腺指数和脾指数;通过MTT法观察淋巴细胞增殖,计算刺激指数(SI)。结果GLP-1类似物治疗2w后,糖尿病模型组和各治疗组与正常对照组和高脂饲料组相比较胸腺指数存在显著性差异(P<0.01);各组动物的脾指数之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。GLP-1类似物治疗2w后,各组动物之间相比较淋巴转化指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论GLP-1类似物对糖尿病动物的细胞免疫功能没有明显的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effects of GLP-1 analog on cellular immune function of experimental diabetes mellitus(DM)rats.Methods 84 Wistar rats were used to establish experimental DM rats model by high fat forage(HFF)and injection of 40 mg/kg STZ.After 2 weeks of GLP-1 analog therapy,the level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)was detected with enzyme-chemical method;the body weight and weight of thymus and spleen were measured for spleen and thymus index;Lymphocyte proliferation was observed with MTT for stimulation index(SI).Results After 2 weeks of GLP-1 analog injection,thymus index of DM and all therapeutic group was lower than that in normal control group and HFF group(P<0.01),but there were no significant difference in spleen index among all groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in SI among all groups(P>0.05).Conclusions GLP-1 analog has no significant effect on cellular immune function of DM rats.更多还原
