【摘要】 目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)患者对健康教育的需求,使今后的健康教育工作更有针对性。方法:对135例戒毒MMT患者于治疗前后均进行自制健康教育需求问卷调查。结果:接受MMT 2个月后,135例患者对健康的需求项目比治疗前明显增多(3.4±0.9、1.8±0.8,P<0.01),内容依次为MMT副作用、如何预防复吸、艾滋病、丙型肝炎、心理治疗等;男性患者的人均需求明显高于女性(3.5±1.0、2.8±0.8,P<0.05);男性对MMT副作用和丙型肝炎的了解需求高于女性,而女性在婚姻与生育上的了解需求高于男性(均P<0.01)。结论:MMT后,患者接受健康教育的意愿明显增强,今后应加大对MMT的副作用、预防复吸、艾滋病、丙型肝炎、心理治疗等方面的健康教育力度,并针对不同性别的患者给予不同的帮助,以促使吸毒患者脱离毒品,早日回归社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the needs for health education in patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment(MMT).Methods: The 135 patients treated by MMT were investigated before and after MMT.The results were compared between or according to the gender.Results: There was significant difference before and after MMT.The mean needs in patients by MMT before treatment were 1.8±0.8,while 3.4±0.9 after treatment(P<0.01).After MMT,the needs of patients for side effects by methadone,how to prevent abuse again,AIDS,C hepatitis,psychotherapy were increased significantly.And the needs of male patients were more than the female patients(3.5±1.0、2.8±0.8,P<0.05).The male patients’ needs for side effects by methadone and C hepatitis were significantly more than female patients’ needs,however,the female patients’ needs for marriage and breeding were significantly more than male patients’ needs.Conclusion: The needs for health education of patients by MMT are strengthened significantly.In future,the health education about side effects by methadone,how to prevent abuse again,AIDS,C hepatitis,psychotherapy must be emphasized.更多还原
