VEGF及MMP-7与大肠癌的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-7)表达与大肠癌进展及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组SP法检测81例大肠癌(CC)中VEGF及MMP-7的表达。结果VEGF的表达与大肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、Dukes分期呈正相关。而MMP-7表达与大肠癌的淋巴结转移、远处转移、Dukes分期呈正相关,黏液癌中表达明显高于高分化腺癌,年龄<60岁的大肠癌患者MMP-7表达显著强于≥60岁者。VEGF与MMP-7表达呈正相关。结论MMP-7、VEGF促进了大肠癌组织的生长和转移,具有协同作用,可作为大肠癌的预后评估因子,联合检测以上指标对评估大肠癌的预后可能更准确。降低MMP-7、VEGF的表达和活性可能成为抗肿瘤转移治疗的一个新途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationships between VEGF,MMP-7 expression and progress,prognosis of colorectal Carcinoma.Methods SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine expressions of VEGF,MMP-7 among 81 cases of colorectal carcinoma paraffin-embedded specimens.Rank sum test was used to analyze the expressions of VEGF,MMP-7.Results The expression of VEGF in colorectal carcinoma was positively correlated with depth of invasion(P<0.01),lymph node metastasis(P<0.01),distant metastasis(P<0.01),Dukes stage.MMP-7 expression in colorectal carcinoma was also positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),distant metastasis(P<0.01),Dukes’ stage.Expression of MMP-7 in mucous group was higher than that in high differentiation group(P<0.01).The MMP-7 expression in patients aged below 60y was stronger than that in over 60y and 60y(P<0.05).Positive relationship appeared between VEGE and MMP-7.Conclusion VEGF,MMP-7 may improve the growth and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.They could be prognostic factor of colorectal carcinoma.Decreasing the expression and activity of VEGF and MMP-7 might be a new pathway for the treatment of colorectal carcinoma.
