【Abstract】 In the paper,uncertainty factor of venture capital was discussed to deduce the choice and paraphrase of financial sensitivity factor of forest park.Finance sensitivity analysis of forest park to influence upon venture capital decision was analyzed to research systems analysis method of financial sensitivity factor.Main conclusions to investment decision were found and the measures to settle problem were advanced.更多还原
