【摘要】 目的:了解农村居民自杀意念发生率及对自杀意念的自我归因。方法:采用分层、随机、整群抽样方法,抽取湖南省浏阳市永安镇6个村14个组的居民,用自行设计的调查表入户单独面谈。结果:共有851名调查对象接受调查并完成问卷。农村居民的最近一年自杀意念发生率为13.4%。25-34岁以及35-44岁人群主要将自己的自杀意念归因于人际纠纷,而老年人则更多地将自己的自杀意念归因于经济困难和疾病。结论:农村居民自杀意念发生率较高,自杀意念的发生可能有较复杂的社会和经济因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the suicide ideation prevalence and self-attribution of suicide ideation of rural residents in Liuyang,Hunan,China.Methods: A representative sample was selected from Yong’an town,Liuyang city of Hunan,by stratified random clustered sampling,and face to face interview with a self-designed questionnaire was completed.Results: Of 851 individuals interviewed,13.4% reported suicide ideation in the previous year.Middle-aged residents were inclined to attribute their suicide ideation to interpersonal conflicts,while a majority of the elderly;economic embarrassment and poor health.Conclusion: Suicide ideation of this rural sample is high.Social factors and economic problems may be the most important contributors of suicide ideation.更多还原
