灰黄霉素超声波提取工艺研究
Study on the ultrasonic extraction process of griseofulvin
【摘要】 目的探讨超声波提取灰黄霉素的优化工艺条件。方法用紫外分光光度法(UV)测定灰黄霉素的含量。以灰黄霉素的提取率为评价指标,在单一影响因素考察的基础上,采用正交实验确定超声波提取灰黄霉素的优化工艺条件。结果超声波提取灰黄霉素的优化工艺条件为:10倍量的丙酮为提取溶剂,功率300W,单次辐射时间3s,间歇时间5s,提取时间40min,灰黄霉素提取率为85.58%。通过验证实验表明,本实验所得工艺条件为优化工艺条件。结论本实验所得工艺条件可行,具有一定的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal extraction conditions of griseofulvin by ultrasonic extraction methods.Methods The content of griseofulvin in extractor is determined by UV spectrophotometry and the content of griseofulvin used as quality control criteria.Utilizing orthogonal test to gain an optimum extraction conditions,based on the result of single factor algorithm.Result The best extraction conditions are as follows: the extracting solvent is acetone(10V/W),the power is 300W,the extraction time is 40min,and the ultrasonic radiation time is 3s at a time.The validate experiment indicates that the condition gained by experiment is an optimum one.Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction process of griseofulvin is feasible,and could be used in routine operation.
