【摘要】以自制唾液酸为起始原料,对扎那米韦的合成工艺进行研究。本研究工作对唾液酸甲酯化及胺基胍化的工艺进行了较大改进;经1H-NM R和M S及旋光度测定,本研究合成得到产物的结构与文献报道一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zanamivir was synthesized with salic acid as starting material by enzymatic catalysis method.The process of esterification and guanidylation had been improved.The final product zanamivir was verified by the data of 1H-NMR,MS and optical rotation.更多还原
