基于超辐射机理相对论返波管的实验研究进展
Experiment Development of Relativistic Backward Wave Oscillator Based on Superridiance Regime
【摘要】 基于超辐射机理相对论返波管由短脉冲电子束(脉宽几个纳秒)驱动,利用短脉冲电子束的超辐射效应能产生高峰值功率、高峰值转换效率、快速上升前沿的纳秒/亚纳秒微波脉冲。本文对近几年来国内外超辐射返波管器件实验研究进行了全面的评述,报道了超辐射返波管器件的最新进展及趋势,并指出发展中存在的一些关键问题,为开展返波管器件中的超辐射机理研究提供了详实的资料。
【Abstract】 The relativistic BWO based on superradiance driven by short pulse electron beam(several nanoseconds) can generate nanosecond or subnanosecond pulse with high peak power,high peak conversion efficiency and fast leading edge using superradiance effect of short pulse electron beam.In this paper,the experiment development of superradiance RBWO over the world is briefly introduced.The last development and trend are reported,and the paper provided detailed materials for developing superradiance mechanism in BWO.
