成组技术中典型零件设计方法的研究

【摘要】 典型零件的构造是成组技术实施过程中一项重要内容。针对研究对象零件型面复杂的特点,使用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire创建典型零件,并重点考虑典型零件设计和成组工艺过程设计的相关性,保持产品数据统一。利用Pro/Program程序编制模块开发对话窗体,实现了从典型零件快速生成各组成零件的过程。并举例说明了该方法在轮盘类典型零件设计中的应用。

【Abstract】 The constitution of typical parts is an important element of group technology executing process. Regarding the complex moulding surface of the investigated subject, this thesis elaborates the typical part constitution with the help of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, and emphasizes the correlation of typical part design and process planning as well as product data unification. Utilizing the Pro/Program module, the conversational operation is developed to quickly create member parts from typical part model. Taking a kind of wheel typical parts for example, the application of this design method is illustrated.
