【Abstract】 In this paper a new method for quality management and its process are put forward, analysis on and statistics of the factors affecting the quality of the bar have been done using the two methods of topology map and causal analysis map, then a program for improving the quality of the processing components is proposed. And the quality defects have been analyzed in detail, the causes of quality problems have been found out, thus the corresponding improvement methods have been put forward.更多还原
