喷管的镍锰合金电铸及其开裂问题的研究
Study on Ni-Mn Alloy Electroforming of Nozzle and Its Fracture Problem
【摘要】 设计了特殊的电铸装置,开展了喷管形薄壁回转体零件的镍锰合金电铸试验。试验中发现电铸层发生开裂现象,通过分析与成分测试找出了电铸层开裂的原因是阳极镍块中的杂质锌进入电铸层而造成的。向电解液中加入除杂质剂后,解决了电铸层的开裂问题,可稳定地得到完好的电铸件。
【Abstract】 A special device was designed to electroform the thin-wall revolving parts such as a nozzle with Ni-Mn alloy. It was found that the fracture of the electroformed layers took pl ace. By analysing and testing of the composition, it was known that the fracture is resulted from the entrance of the impurity Zn in the anode nickel to the lay ers. Adding an additive to the electrolyte to eliminate the impurity, the proble m of fracture was solved. Then the sound parts were stably electroformed.
