平面磨床试验研究

【摘要】 现场测试实验是研究磨床振动特征的有效方法。对M7180(70)系列平面磨床进行了现场实验测试,并对测试信号进行幅频特征分析。确定了影响加工精度的主要因素。

【Abstract】 Field test experiment is an effective way to research vibration characteristics of grinding machine. We d o field test experiment on surface grinding machine of series M7180(70), and a nalyze the spectrums characteristics of the testing signal. Through the analysis , main factors of effecting processing precision have been determined.
