【摘要】 随着经济高速的发展,社会对人才有了更高的要求,特别是需要创新型的人才。本文分析影响工科成人教育大学生创新能力的制约因素,提出优化师资队伍,真正发挥教师主导作用;更新教育观念,构建创新教育模式;改革教学方法,真正发挥教学主渠道作用;改革课程体系,建立较为宽广而扎实的基础知识平台;强化课堂教学改革,营造问题式课堂;改革实验教学环节,培养学生的创新能力等六种培养工科专业成教学生创新能力的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid economical development,higher requirement especially ability of creativity are newly imposed by social upon a talent.This paper analyze the causes influence the ability of creativity of industry student of adult education.6 methods for cultivating ability of creativity among industry students of adult education will be proposed:Optimizes the teachers troop,displays the teacher leading role truly;Renewal education idea,to construct innovation education pattern;Reform teaching method,plays the teaching main channel role truly;Reform curriculum system,establish a broad and the solid elementary knowledge platform;Strengthening classroom instruction reform,building question type classroom;Reform experiment teaching link,raises student’s ability of creativity.更多还原
