【摘要】 文章阐述了我国城市外来人口管理理念经历限制控制、包容服务、整合共享的演变过程;分析了演变的主要原因和主要表现;并指出三者之间虽然在管理理念上有层次性,但是在实践中必有交叉,随着社会的发展、改革的深入和人们认识的发展,城市对外来人口的管理理念的发展趋势必将走向整合共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article is designed to show that the management ideas have experienced the evolution from restricted control to inclusive service to integrated share,and analyzes the leading factors which give impetus to this evolution.Additionally,it points out that these management ideas are stratified but intercrossed in practice.Therefore,with our society and people’s cognition being developed and the reform being further deepened it is inevitable that integrated share will be the trend of the management ideas towards the immigrants to our cities.更多还原
