基于Matlab遗传工具箱的高强混凝土配合比优化
Mixtures Optimal Design of High-strength Concrete Based on GA Toolbox of MATLAB
【摘要】 利用Matlab提供的遗传工具箱来解决高强混凝土配合比的优化设计问题.从成功的配合比数据中,归纳出各组分用量的取值范围,以1 m3混凝土成本为优化目标.将带非线性约束的数学规划问题转化成线性不等式、区间约束和非线性约束函数,设置遗传算法的各相关参数,完成遗传操作获得最优解.经实配试验其结果与工程实例中提供的设计参数相比,减少费用17.2%.
【Abstract】 The Genetic Algorithm Toolbox of MATLAB is used to solve the mixtures optimal design problem of high-strength concrete.The dosage ranges of all kinds of component materials are induced from the data of some successful precedent concrete mixtures,and the lowest cost of 1m3 concrete is taken as the objective function of the optimal design of concrete mixtures.The mathematical programming of restricted optimization is transformed into linear inequalities,bounds restriction and nonlinear constraint function.Then the parameters of GA are choosen and the best solution is reached by GA operation.After the real experiment,the optimization result reduces 17.2% of the cost compared with the design results in an engineering example.
