回归分析在锁模板模型约束简化中的应用
Application of Regression Analysis in Simplifying Restraints for Fixed-mold-plate
【摘要】 橡胶注压成型机锁模板结构及其约束的复杂性造成有限元建模的困难。针对其复杂的约束提出一种简化和等效处理方法,以关键控制点的位移为目标参量进行回归分析,找出了最佳的等效约束距离,建立了有限元模型。以此模型进行分析计算得到的应力与原型试验结果符合良好,验证此方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 The structure and the restraint of rubber vulcanizing machine fixed-mold-plate are complex.These make its finite element model establishment difficult.The article brings forward a method of simplification and equivalent processing to its restraint,using the regression analysis with displacement of the essential control point as the goal parameter to find the best equivalent restraint distance,establishing the finite element model.The stress computed from the model goes well with the result of prototype experiment.This confirms the validity of the method.
