臭氧水溶液对番茄青枯病的防效及对产量的影响
Effects of ozone water on the control efficiency of bacterial wilt of tomato,Pseudomonas solanacerum
【摘要】 在5 kg的营养液中进行10 L/min的臭氧曝气45 min,营养液中的番茄青枯病病原菌从107-108cfu/ml降至0,在相同病原菌浓度的水中杀菌速度稍慢,至60 min后青枯病菌降为0。用水50 kg经臭氧曝气45和90min的臭氧水溶液处理20 m2土壤,防治番茄青枯病效果显著,对番茄青枯病防效分别提高26.5%-35.7%,25.7%-35.0%;相应地可显著提高番茄产量24.4%-54.1%。
【Abstract】 After filling with ozone at a rate of 10 L/min for 45 and 60 min in 5 kg nutrient solution or 5 kg sterile water,the bacterial wilt of tomato, Pseudomonas solanacerum decreased from 107-108 cfu/ml to zero.When 20 m2 soil treated with ozone water for 45 and 90 min,the control efficiency of P.solanacerum increased 26.5%-35.7% and 25.7%-35.0% respectively,and total yields of tomato also increased 24.4%-54.1%.
