6个翅荚木种源苗木抗寒性的测定与评价
Determination and Evaluation of Cold Resistance of Zenia insignis from Different Provenances
【摘要】 以6个翅荚木种源的一年生休眠苗为材料,测量了不同冷处理条件下枝条的相对电导率,利用Logistic方程计算了各种源的半致死温度,并通过枝条生长恢复试验进行了验证。结果表明:从-8℃低温处理开始,翅荚木大部分种源枝条出现严重的冻害,组织的半致死温度在-13.06~-10.76℃。综合评价各个种源的抗寒性,其抗寒能力大小依次为:湖南通道种源>贵州兴义种源>广西忻城、湖南江华、广东英德种源>广西靖西种源。
【Abstract】 Relative electric conductivity of one-year dormant seedling of 6 provenances of Zenia insignis was determined as a physiological indicator for the cold resistance.The median lethal temperature of each provenance was calculated by Logistic equation and confirmatory test on recovering growth of treated shoots showed that the median lethal temperature of the provenances as-13.06~-10.76℃.Among the 6 provenances,cold resistance of Tongdao(Hunan) was the best,followed by Xingyi(Guizhou),Xincheng(Guangxi),Jianghua(Hunan),Yingde(Guangdong) and Jingxi(Guangxi) provenance.
