【摘要】 目的:评价针刺治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍的疗效和安全性。方法:将65例患者随机分为针刺配合吞咽训练组和单纯吞咽训练组,针刺取风池、风府、完骨、翳明、廉泉等穴,吞咽训练包括间接训练和直接训练;对照组采用单纯吞咽训练对照治疗。结果:根据床边吞咽功能评价量表评价:治疗组治愈率42.8%,有效率51.4%,总有效率94.2%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);视频荧光吞咽造影(VFG)评价,治疗组治愈率37.1%,有效率51.4%,总有效率88.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合吞咽训练治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍疗效显著且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To assess therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture for treatment of deglutition disorder at the chronic stage of apoplexy. Methods Sixty-five patients of deglutition disorder complicated by apoplexy were randomly divided into acupuncture plus deglutition training group and simple deglutition training group.
