【摘要】 目的:观察复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法:收集Ⅰ~Ⅲ期糖尿病视网膜病变患者107例,其中治疗组50例,对照组57例。治疗组服用复方丹参滴丸10粒/次,3次/d,对照组服用维生素B120mg/次、维生素C0.2g/次、维生素E0.1g/次、肌苷片0.2g/次,3次/d,连续用药6个月。观察治疗前后患者视力、视野及眼底血管造影的变化情况。结果:治疗组服药半年后与治疗前相比视力明显提高,P<0.01;视野灰度值(MD)降低,P<0.01;眼底微动脉瘤及出血斑数量减少,P<0.01;两组间治疗后结果比较差异显著。结论:复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病性视网膜病变有明显的治疗作用,较传统复合维生素治疗效果有明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effects of miltiorrhizae in treating the early Diabetic Retinopathy(DR).Methods: Collected 107 cases with Ⅰ～Ⅲ DR degree were colleted.There were 50 cases in the treatment group and 57 cases in the contrast group.The cases in treatment group were treated with miltiorrhizae,10pills each time,3times a day.The cases in contrast group were treated with vitamin B1,20mg each time,vitamin C,0.2g each time,vitamin E,0.1g each time and inosine tablets,0.2g each time,3 times one day.Administer these drugs to the patients for 6 months continuously and the changes in vision,visual fields and angiography fluorescence fundus were observed before and after treatment.Results: Compared with the results before treatment,the treatment group vision was improved obviously,P<0.01,visual fields(MD),decreased,P<0.01,and the quantity of retinal mieroanearysm and blood-blotch decreased,P<0.01,after taking the drugs for half a year.The results for treatment group were obviously different from that of contrast group,P<0.01.Condusion: Compound radices salviae miltiorrhizae has obvious treatment effects on the early DR,and the treatment effects improved obviously compared with that of the traditional compound vitamin.更多还原
