【摘要】 目的:将光量子祛斑嫩肤机用于临床脱毛治疗,摸索出适合中国人皮肤、毛发特点的治疗参数。方法:用光量子为75位患者进行涉及腋毛、四肢毛发、胡须、发髻线部位的脱毛治疗,观察疗效与患者自身条件、参数设置的关系。结果:75例患者经3~5次治疗均取得了毛发数目减少、再生的毛发较细、颜色较浅的效果,患者治疗部位外观得到改善。结论:光量子祛斑嫩肤机采用强化脱毛光头,每次激发含8~15个强光脉冲,首脉宽为3.0~4.5ms,子脉宽为1.0~3.0ms,脉冲间隔为1~3ms,治疗能量为30~38J/cm2,能够取得满意的脱毛效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study hair removing with IPL and find the treatment parameter suitable for Chinese skin and hair.Methods: 75 patients rececved IPL treatment to remove their unwanted hairs,including armpit hair,hair on four limbs,beard and bob line,observe the relationship among the effect the patient’s self-condition,and parameter setting.Results: After 3-5 procedures,all 75 patients gained the result of less amount of hairs,and the regenerated hairs became thinner and pale,the appearance of treatment place looked better.Conclusion: For IPL powerful hair removing head light,when the pulse sequence is 8 to 15,the first pulse width is 3.0-4.5ms,the arrant pulse width is 1.0-3.0ms,the width of pulse distance is 1~3ms and the energy density is 30~38J/cm2,satisfied treatment effect can be obtained.更多还原
