异氰基烷基酯的合成研究
Synthesis of Isocyanoalkanoate
【摘要】 异氰基烷基酯在MCR反应中有广泛的应用,但要大量获得却存在问题,本论文采用三光气作为N-甲酰甘氨酸烷基酯的脱水剂,通过反加的方式制得异腈。它可以提高反应的稳定性、延长反应的时间而不影响产率,同时也免除在用POCl3作为脱水剂时的磷酸盐处理上的问题,同时产率达到预期。
【Abstract】 Isocyanoalkanoate permits a wide field of application in the multi-component reaction(MCR),but it is difficult to obtain a large amount of isocyanide.The paper adopts triphosgene as the dehydration of N-formylglycine alkyl ester to producing Isocyanide by the way of reverse dropwise.we can improve the stability of the reaction and extend the reaction time without reducing the yield of the reaction.Simultaneously there is no trouble to deal with phosphate when POCl3 is used as the dehydration of N-formylglycine alkyl ester.
