【Abstract】 In American torts law the victim consent is one of the protest causes which may be argued by the defendant against the intentional torts litigation. The victim consent is the protest excuse against the plaintiff’s claim of intentional torts, and the admissible precondition of defendant’s argument shall be the validity of the consent. The validity of victim consent may be generally influenced by several factors such as the capacity, extension, foundation and content of the consent.更多还原
