拱管设计计算及其在燃气穿跨越工程中的应用探讨

【摘要】 城镇燃气输配工程在建设过程中经常会遇到管道穿跨越的工程,特别是在江南水乡地区,河流星罗密布,穿跨越工程是城镇燃气管网建设中的一个重要组成部分,其中拱管是穿跨越的一种方式,已被广泛应用.拱管是钢管弯制、焊接而成的一个圆弧形无铰拱的大跨度结构,在设计过程需要对燃气拱管的各种受力情况进行计算.主要对燃气拱管的设计计算以及拱管在燃气管道穿跨越工程中的应用进行了探讨.从分析计算表明,跨距在30~90米之间,应优先采用拱管跨越方式.

【Abstract】 The cases of pipelines crossing are in commonplace when constructing the urban-rural gas distribution projects,particularly in the areas of the lower reaches of Yangtze River(China) where the pipelines crossing the rivers or lakes can be the main part of the pipeline projects.Arch pipe being a crossing means is widely used in gas pipelines crossing project.Arch pipe is a long-span structure made with bending and welding steel tube which is characterized by no requirement of the arch hinges.It is necessary to calculate the loading situation when designing arch pipe.The computation and application of arch pipes in crossing project is mainly discussed.It revealed that in the case of the span of between 30 to 90 meters,the method of the arch pipe crossing should be considered as the first option.
