【摘要】 为解决高稠度半成品上料难的问题,研制了一种用于化妆品行业半成品上料填充的输送装置.该装置与化妆品半成品输送工艺相结合,在气缸自降过程中,依靠隔膜泵的自重和隔膜泵活塞的往复运动,将半成品输送到料斗中.与传统的输送装置或输送泵相比,所研制的半成品上料输送装置具有原理独特、新颖、输送流量大,而且能保证半成品输送前后的物性值基本保持一致等优点,是解决化妆品行业高稠度半成品送料难题的有效设备.应用实践证明,所研制的装置不仅满足正常的生产要求,而且降低了设备的原始成本与产品的生产成本、降低了操作工人的劳动强度、提高了生产效率.更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of charging and filling the high-consistency semi-products in the cosmetic industry,a kind of conveying device is developed.Combined with the conveying techniques of cosmetic semi-products,the proposed device transports the semi-products into the hopper by means of the gravity of diaphragmatic pump and the reciprocating motion of the pump piston during the descend working cycle of a pneumatic cylinder.Compared with the conventional transportation device or pump,it is unique in designing philosophy and has a large delivery capacity.Moreover,it also has the advantage of sustaining the identical specification of the semi-products after being transported.It is an efficient device to solve the tough problem of high-consistency semi-products transportation in the cosmetic industry.Practical application displays that the device not only satisfies the normal production requirement,but also reduces the initial investment on production machinery and manufacturing cost of products,relieves the laboring intensity of the workers and enhances the production efficiency.更多还原
