【摘要】 对67例儿童(≤15岁)急性血吸虫病(急血)心电图(ECG)的改变和其特点分析结果表明,急血儿童患者心电图改变主要表现为窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐、ST-T改变、Q-T间期缩短、左室高电压、室性早博、不完全性右束支传导阻滞等。吡喹酮治疗前后,急血儿童患者窦性心动过速,ST-T改变发生率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗前后心电图改变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of analysis on ECG of 67 children with acute schistosomiasis indicated that the ECG changes of children displayed as sinus tachycardia(ST),sinus arrhythmia(SA),ST-T abnormalities(STTA),shortened Q-T period(SQTP),left ventricular high pressure(LVHP),premature ventricular beats(PVB),and incomplete right bundle branch block(IRBBB);ST and STTA in children patients occurred significantly frequently than those of control pre-and post-treatment(P<0.05) with praziquantel,there was no significant difference between pre-and post-treatment in children(P>0.05).更多还原
