恶性肿瘤患者隐孢子虫感染情况调查

【摘要】 目的调查恶性肿瘤患者的隐孢子虫感染情况及流行特点,为恶性肿瘤患者隐孢子虫感染的防治提供依据。方法采集山东省肿瘤医院108例恶性肿瘤病患者粪便,采用金胺-酚+改良抗酸染色法检查隐孢子虫卵囊。结果108例肿瘤患者隐孢子虫感染率为66.67%,男性患者与女性患者隐孢子虫感染率分别为69.70%和61.90%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);化疗、放疗、放疗+化疗患者隐孢子虫的感染率分别为80.00%、50.00%和69.57%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);不同类别的肿瘤患者隐孢子虫感染率分别是:呼吸系统为52.38%、消化系统为77.14%、乳腺为62.50%、其他(包括脑瘤、肾上腺瘤、甲状腺瘤等)为86.67%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者易发生隐孢子虫感染,可能与其机体的免疫功能下降有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevalence and epidemiological characteristic of Cryptosporidium infection among malignant tumor patients,and to provide evidence for prevention and control of cryptosporidiosis.Methods Stool specimens of 108 patients were collected.Oocysts of Cryptosporidium were identified with auramine phenol stain and improved anti acid stain.Results The total positive infection rate of Cryptosporidium oocyst was 66.67%.Male patients and females had similar infection rates of Cryptosporidium oocyst(69.70% vs 61.90%),which were no significant deviation.The infection rate in chemotherapy,radiotherapy and combined therapy was 80.00%,50.00% and 69.57% respectively,and there were significant deviation in the rates between chems and others(P<0.05).The infection rate in cancer patients of respiratory apparatus,digestive apparatus,lacteal gland and others(including cerebroma,suprarenoma and thyroid adenoma etc.) was 52.38%,77.14%,62.50% and 86.67% respectively,and there were also significant deviation among different category patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Malignant tumor patients are susceptible to Cryptosporidium.This manifests probably due to the depression of immunity.
