【摘要】 选用金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobileLindl.)无菌试管苗剥取0.1~0.4 mm的茎尖组织,接种在滤纸桥制作成的液体培养基上进行培养,10周后待苗长至2~3 cm高时,采用目测症状法、指示植物鉴定法、斑点酶联免疫吸附检测法(DOT-ELISA)和电镜观察法进行病毒检测鉴定。结果表明:无病毒石斛苗可明显表现出叶色浓绿、株高茎粗增加等特点。用酶联免疫法和电镜观察法检测,结果客观、可靠,更加彻底。更多还原

【Abstract】 Select un-bacterial test-tube seedling of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.and peel the skin off to get 0.1-0.4mm steam tissue,then incoulate on the liquid culture medium which use the filter paper bridge made.After ten weeks and when the seedling grows up to 2-3mm,then watch the symptom with eyes,use indicator plant examination,DOT-ELISA and electric microscope observing to carry on virus check examination,the results are as follows:un-virus Dendrobium nobile Lindl.seedling shows some different characteristics.i.e.dark gree leaves and increased plant height and them width.The results indicated DOT-ELISA and electric microscope observing are objective,reliable and more thoroughgoing.更多还原
