【摘要】 纳罗克非洲狗尾草在昆明市的抽穗持续时间较长,抽穗高峰期为7月下旬至8月中旬;抽穗后3天内多数花序进入开花期。开花高峰期为始花后第10~15天,开花期前25天内所开小花约占总数的87.5%。开花后10天种子具备正常发芽能力,此时小穗风干物质含量>60%。始花至成熟种子脱落时间平均为18天,95%种子脱落持续时间平均为45.4 d;种子开始脱落后的第15~30天为脱落高峰期,此阶段饱满种子脱落占总数的54.5%。适宜的收种时间为抽穗后第5周。根据本次所有观测结果的变异系数,非洲狗尾草结实性个体间差异极大,是导致种子收获率低的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tasseling peak of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok was from the last ten days of July to the middle ten days of August in Kunming city,but the tasseling duration is quite long.Most spikes started flowering after 0-3 days of tasseling.The flowering peak was the 10 th to 15 th of flowering days,and floret number in the first 25 flowering days accounted for 87.5% of the total.The seeds had natural germination capability 10 days after flowering,of which air-dried DM content of spikelet in this time was above 60%.18 days was needed from flowering to matured seed started shedding,and the average duration of 95% seed shedding was 45.4 days.The seed shedding peak phase was from 15 th to 30 th of seed shedding days,of which mature seed shed number account for 54.5% of total.The suitable seed harvest time is 5 th week after tasseling.By the coefficients of variation of all observed,seed setting behavior of Setaria sphacelata was great difference in individuals,which was an important reason of the low harvest rate of seed.更多还原
