【摘要】 目的研究综合性医院急诊发热患者流行病学特点。方法采用前瞻性资料收集2003年度到医院急诊体温≥38℃发热患者的性别、年龄、就诊时间、急诊诊断、去向等进行调查统计分析。结果共收到10 506份调查表,男女比例为1.23∶1,年龄(15.20±17.18)岁,高发年龄组为0~9岁组,SARS期间患者最多,每天18∶00-22∶00为来诊高峰时间,前3位疾病是上呼吸道感染、支气管炎、咽喉炎、扁桃体炎;住院和急诊留观率12.2%。结论急诊科和发热门诊是防控传染病和医院感染管理的重点科室,是发热监测的重要窗口,要有疫情应急预案。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the epidemiologic characteristics of fever patients in emergency department of general hospitals. METHODS We collected data from patients with a prospective method,and investigated genders,age,the time when the patient saw a doctor,occupation,the district where the patient lived,emergency diagnosis,and the destination among the emergency patients who came to hospital with their body temperature at or above 38 centigrade degree in 2003. RESULTS We collected 10 506 epidemiological questionnaires of fever patients.In all cases,the proportion of gender was 1.23∶1(male∶female),the average age was 15.20±17.18 years,the patients who were vulnerable to fever were those with their age at 0-9 years.At peak periods of SARS,the number of the patients was the largest.The peak phenomena occurred everyday during the peak period for patients to come at 18∶00-22∶00.The top 3 diseases were: upper respiratory infection,acute bronchitis,and acute pharyngitis/tonsillitis.The ratio of patients hospitalized was 12.2%. CONCLUSIONS Our study provides clinical physician with the basic data of fever patients in emergency department.Emergency physicians and pyretic physicians shall strengthen diagnosis and differential diagnosis,and grasp the trends of epidemic diseases nowadays.Emergency department and pyretic clinic are significant departments for preventing,and controlling infectious diseases,and managing hospital infection in the hospital.As important windows of pyretic supervision,these departments shall have lash-up schemes.更多还原
