【摘要】 目的评定脑脊液(CSF)双针置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的疗效及安全性。方法比较双针法等压CSF置换治疗的SAH58例及同期采用单针置换治疗的53例患者的疗效及安全性。结果CSF双针置换治疗SAH较单针置换治疗更能缓解患者头痛程度,缩短头痛、发热、颈强直等的持续时间,减少脑积水及脑梗死的发生率。结论双针CSF置换治疗SAH较单针置换治疗更稳定可靠、疗效更好、并减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect and the safety of curing subarachnoid hemorrhage by the replacement brain-ridge liquid with two prickers. Methods Comparison and analysis the curative effect and safety of 58 cases treated by the replacement brain-ridge liquid with two prickers for SAH and 53 cases with single pricker. Results The adopt group can relieve the patients from headache ,shorten the lasting time of headache, fever and neck rigidity, decrease the rate of hydrocephalus and cerbral infarction more significantly than the contrast group. Conclusions The curative effect of the group treated by the replacement brain-ridge liquid with two prickers is more reliable and effective than the contrast group,and obviously decreases the rate of complication.更多还原
